About WPP Media Solutions: 

Our proprietary, opt-in media solutions give clients access to unique advantages and cutting-edge capabilities. Through a single point of access to addressable media, we've built on premium inventory and leveraged universal customer signals. We enable cross-channel storytelling, cross-platform AI optimization, and robust business impact measurement to maximize campaign effectiveness. 

We are seeking a visionary product leader with deep expertise in AdTech, orchestration technologies, and supply-side environments. You thrive in fast-moving environments, collaborating across product, engineering, data science, and commercial teams to deliver differentiated media solutions for global clients. Your industry network is strong, your understanding of AdTech financials is sharp, and you’re passionate about leveraging data and intelligence to shape the future of media products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop containerized bidder solutions in supply-side environments, advancing the technical capabilities of Media Solutions. 
  • Develop and enhance the agentic orchestration layer for Media Solutions, ensuring seamless integration and innovation. 
  • Coordinate with the Open Intelligence, Agentic Data Platform, and other WMS Product leads to drive cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Translate global strategy into a unified, future-facing product plan for orchestration solutions. 
  • Formulate and execute an ambitious, AI-driven product strategy that integrates predictive intelligence, automation, and machine learning into the core of our media solutions. 
  • Balance operational discipline with pioneering next-generation capabilities, ensuring current product suites are successfully deployed and evolved while building future portfolios. 
  • Own the product roadmap for Media Solutions (Orchestration), prioritizing against business goals and outcomes. 
  • Ideate on future differentiated capabilities in collaboration with the Global Media Solutions team. 
  • Use Data & Intelligence capabilities to achieve a high degree of outcomes predictability. 

What you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in AdTech Product Management, ideally 10+ years. 
  • Deep understanding of programmatic ad management and agentic ad management standards. 
  • Advanced knowledge in agentic technology and machine learning concepts (especially in AdTech/Martech). 
  • Strong understanding of AdTech/Programmatic financials. 
  • Industry network across AdTech companies, Ad Platforms, and Media Owners. 
  • Basic understanding of AI Technology, AI Embeddings, and applied utilization in AdTech. 
  • Knowledge of agency workflows is a plus.
