Lead Product Manager, Consumer Apps

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Consumer Apps based in United States.

This role is centered on shaping and scaling the core mobile app experience that millions of users rely on for personalized, subscription-based healthcare and wellness services. You will own the end-to-end product vision for consumer-facing mobile experiences, defining how users engage, retain, and progress through their health journeys across multiple categories. The position sits at the intersection of product strategy, mobile UX, experimentation, and lifecycle engagement, with direct impact on retention and long-term customer value. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and category teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact app experiences. The environment is fast-paced and data-driven, requiring strong product intuition alongside rigorous analytical thinking. This is a highly visible leadership role where your decisions will shape how users interact with personalized care at scale. You will also help define how AI-driven features are integrated into mobile experiences to improve engagement and outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for consumer mobile applications, including core app experience, navigation, and cross-category user journeys
  • Lead app growth and engagement initiatives such as push notifications, messaging, and lifecycle touchpoints in collaboration with CRM and marketing teams
  • Design and run A/B experiments focused on improving retention, engagement, subscriber lifetime value, and overall user experience
  • Act as the cross-functional connector across product, design, engineering, marketing, and category teams to ensure cohesive product delivery
  • Translate AI and personalization capabilities into intuitive, scalable mobile app features
  • Define and optimize mobile product metrics and decision frameworks to guide product strategy and prioritization
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality execution, performance, and user-centric product design
  • Use a combination of user research, behavioral data, and product intuition to drive informed product decisions
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years owning consumer mobile products at scale
    • Proven track record of shipping mobile features that drive measurable improvements in retention, engagement, or user growth
    • Strong understanding of mobile UX, product design principles, and user behavior in consumer applications
    • Experience running structured A/B testing programs with clear success metrics and experimentation frameworks
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to combine data, research, and intuition in decision-making
    • Experience in subscription-based, consumer, health, wellness, or membership products is a strong plus
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
