Product Manager - Finance Super App

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Finance Super App based in India.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and scaling core product experiences within a fast-growing financial super app ecosystem. You will own end-to-end product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel-related financial services, with a strong focus on simplifying complex financial workflows into intuitive user journeys. The position requires a highly hands-on builder mindset, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to define product direction, ship quickly, and iterate based on real user behavior. You will play a critical role in defining product strategy, success metrics, and roadmap execution while balancing speed, compliance, and business impact. The environment is fast-paced, data-informed, and focused on continuous learning after launch. This is an opportunity to build impactful financial products used at scale across emerging markets.

• Own end-to-end product areas across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel-related products.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial and operational workflows into simple and intuitive customer experiences.
• Use data, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch insights to continuously improve product performance.
• Drive feature launches, monitor product performance, and lead iteration cycles.
• Make trade-offs between speed, user experience, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
• Contribute to product strategy in a highly iterative and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or similar product role.
• Strong ability to simplify complex systems and define clear product direction.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering and design teams to ship products.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, experimentation, and user feedback.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer-scale digital products is a strong advantage.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate quickly after launch.
• Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
• Hands-on execution mindset, not limited to documentation or strategy work.
