Position Overview
SpryPoint is growing quickly, and our Point Solutions team plays a key role in that expansion. This team owns a portfolio of lighter-weight products including SpryMobile, SpryEngage, and a set of small applications that support and extend our core platform.
This product area is fast-moving, customer-facing, and highly cross-functional, requiring strong product leadership to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across multiple smaller product streams.
The Group Product Manager for Point Solutions will lead and mature this product area, overseeing a team of Product Owners responsible for discovery, delivery, and execution across multiple agile teams. Youโll help bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how we build and ship across these products, while ensuring strong alignment with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Youโll balance people leadership, product execution, and cross-product coordination while helping define how this portfolio scales. The focus is less on large enterprise system design and more on execution excellence, prioritization, and enabling teams to deliver effectively across multiple smaller products.
๐ Responsibilities
You will lead the evolution of the Point Solutions product area, overseeing:
A team of Product Owners supporting multiple agile development teams
Coordination across shared engineering and design resources
Key focus areas include:
Aligning priorities across multiple product lines
Supporting consistent discovery and delivery practices
Ensuring clear ownership and execution across products
Strengthening collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Client-facing teams
People Leadership & Execution
Lead and support a team of Product Owners through coaching, 1:1s, and performance development
Provide clarity and direction across multiple product streams (SpryMobile, SpryEngage, etc.)
Manage prioritization and trade-offs across competing product demands
Partner closely with Engineering and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Support Product Owners in breaking down and executing work effectively
Product Coordination & Delivery
Ensure alignment across Point Solutions products and avoid silos between teams
Oversee discovery and delivery practices across multiple product areas
Help Product Owners structure epics and define clear, executable outcomes
Support cross-team coordination where work spans multiple applications
Maintain visibility into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
Product Leadership & Craft
Guide product thinking across discovery, prioritization, and solution shaping
Support teams in making trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope
Ensure strong alignment between customer needs and product direction
Jump in to support complex product decisions or escalations when needed
Market & Strategy Alignment
Maintain awareness of customer needs and market trends relevant to Point Solutions
Ensure product direction aligns with broader SpryPoint strategy
Support lightweight roadmap planning and prioritization discussions
๐ก Qualifications and Competencies
Required
5+ years in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibility
Experience managing Product Owners
Strong execution-focused product mindset (delivery + discovery balance)
Experience working in B2B SaaS or software environments
Strong collaboration skills with Engineering and cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple products or streams simultaneously
