This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Pleno based in Brazil.

This Product Manager role sits at the core of a corporate mobility and travel platform used by large enterprises.
You will own the evolution of the Admin, AI and Integrations domain, ensuring seamless connectivity between clients and the platform.
The role involves shaping critical product areas such as user management, travel policies, approval workflows and cost center structures.
You will regularly engage with enterprise clients in technical conversations, often in English, translating business needs into clear product requirements.
You will also contribute to API-based integrations with client systems and the development of AI-powered capabilities.
Working in close partnership with engineering, design and business teams, you will help drive delivery from discovery to release, with direct impact on customer operations.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and prioritize the Admin platform backlog, ensuring each initiative is well-defined, aligned with OKRs, and backed by measurable impact before entering development cycles.
  • Lead and participate in technical discussions with enterprise clients, translating complex business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Identify and shape improvements across admin workflows, including user management, approval flows, travel policies, and cost center structures.
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of AI-powered features integrated into the platform, aligning engineering, design, and business expectations.
  • Manage the end-to-end release cycle, including prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, QA coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as the main product interface with Customer Success, Support, and Relationship teams, gathering insights and feedback to drive product evolution.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and product materials to support development and adoption.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Fluent English, with ability to communicate in client meetings and technical documentation.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and tools like Jira.
    • Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and OKR-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
    • Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or similar role in digital product environments.
    • Strong advantage: experience with B2B systems involving user management, access control, HR, ERP, or IAM structures.
    • Nice to have: experience with REST APIs, AI products, automation tools, or analytics platforms.
    • Exposure to product courses or certifications (such as PM3, Tera, Product Arena or similar) is a plus.
