Product Manager, Logistics (f/m/x)

As a Product Manager, you will join our actively growing Logistics team, take full ownership of new features and as well as supporting existing functionality, and deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with our agile development teams, stakeholders, and business partners across Europe to deploy state-of-the-art technology and bring the industry to a new level.

  • Work  with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to bring to life features that help deliver cars to our customers in a fast, transparent and convenient manner
  • Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, design, feature prioritization, sprint management to adoption with internal software engineering resources
  • Get a deep understanding of our in house developed logistics engine and it’s connected products, the various logistics business processes and internal user needs and gain insights to make impactful product decisions
  • Own the product roadmap and its delivery in terms of its definition and prioritization, backlog, specs building and product roll-out strategy together with your team
  • Close the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and fast iterations
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment, preferably (but not required) in the area of logistics
  • Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team - evidence of creative thinking, independent problem-solving, effective troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to understand technical challenges, work with complex data models, effectively communicate with development teams, and make educated trade-offs
  • You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results
  • You are an excellent communicator and can easily get your point across to both technical and non-technical audiences
