  • Lead, coach, and manage virtual team members, providing daily performance guidance and accountability to ensure targets are met.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance occupancy rates, collections, and overall tenant satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary operational bridge between frontline teams and upper management, ensuring clear communication and execution alignment.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential, multifamily, or apartment property management.
    • Proven experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections teams, and administrative staff.
    • Strong knowledge of core property management functions including leasing, rent collection, renewals, notices, delinquency management, and occupancy optimization.
    • Experience managing remote or virtual teams in a structured operational environment.
    • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills with attention to operational detail and performance metrics.
    • Ability to work U.S. business hours and communicate clearly in professional English.
    • Must have a stable remote work setup including a quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, and backup power.
    • Comfortable working with digital tools and property management systems in a remote-first environment.
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote work arrangement with the ability to work from home full-time.
      • Opportunity to lead and manage a distributed operations team in a fast-paced property management environment.
      • Exposure to international property management standards and U.S.-based operations workflows.
      • Stable long-term employment opportunity in a growing operational team structure.
      • Performance-driven environment with opportunities to improve processes and drive measurable business impact.
