Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing comprehensive testing strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle, ensuring that testing is thorough and effective in identifying defects and areas for improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project goals.
- Mentor and guide junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
