Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and maintaining high standards throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and implementing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing enhancements to the testing process, ensuring quality and reliability in all deliverables.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing test cases for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and validate data integrity across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to resolution in collaboration with development teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
