Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will engage in continuous testing activities, including security, application programming interface, and regression testing, while supporting automation efforts and environment configurations. Your role includes reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall software development lifecycle. This position requires active involvement in integrating various components and accelerating delivery through effective planning and execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Support the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates on defect status and resolution.
- Assist in configuring test data and environments to ensure accurate and reliable test execution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Korean Language.
- Strong knowledge of test case design and execution methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to support continuous testing.
- Ability to analyze and report defects clearly and effectively.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Functional Test Planning.
