As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).

Build reusable automation libraries and utilities for scalable testing.

Automate UI, API, and cross-browser test scenarios.

Lead and mentor a team of SDETs and QA engineers.

Define and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and QA processes.

Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality from early stages.

Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Ensure continuous testing and fast feedback loops in agile delivery.

Mandatory skill sets:

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation.

Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript.

Experience in UI automation, API testing, and cross-browser testing.

Solid understanding of DOM, selectors, asynchronous programming.

Experience with test frameworks (Playwright Test Runner, Jest, Mocha).

Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured or similar).

Experience in version control systems like Git.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes (good to have).

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
