THE JOB:
As an Ultra Lounge & Lounge Server for Catch at ARIA, you will deliver elevated beverage service in a vibrant, high‑energy dining and nightlife environment known for its stylish ambiance and trend‑driven atmosphere. You will efficiently expedite drink orders while providing attentive beverage and bus service that enhances the overall guest experience, ensuring every interaction is polished, engaging, and aligned with ARIA’s luxury standards. By working collaboratively with your team, maintaining a strong sense of urgency, and adhering to all departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures, you will help create seamless service and memorable moments that reflect the dynamic, upscale energy of Catch.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.5055 Hourly + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
Must be 21 years of age or older
6+ Months of prior experience as a Cocktail and/or Food Server in a similar environment preferred
