THE JOB:

Step into the action as an On-Call Table Games Floor Supervisor, where your leadership, sharp eye for detail, and passion for guest service put you at the center of the casino floor. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the smooth operation of table games, support a top-notch dealer team, and be a key player in delivering unforgettable moments to every guest who sits down to play.

THE STARTING RATE: $28.00 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

• On Call | Swing Shift
• 8:00pm - 4:00am
• Must be available at least 1 - 3 days a week
• Scheduled days will be based on your availability or current commitments

DAY TO DAY:

• Lead and inspire dealers to deliver accurate, high-energy games and superior guest experiences
• Monitor table activity and guest volume, making real-time decisions to ensure efficient game flow
• Oversee table game accounting and safeguard the integrity of all transactions and equipment
• Confirm accuracy of game documentation and uphold all regulatory procedures
• Manage chip bank levels and prepare for high-stakes play when necessary
• Serve as a trusted point of escalation for any unusual activity, high-limit action, or concerns on the floor

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Brings expertise in three or more table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps)
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent
• Has at least 2 years of experience in casino operations—or a comparable mix of training and hands-on experience
• Thrives in a team-oriented, guest-first environment and loves being in the heart of the action
