THE JOB:
As a part-time Model & Cocktail Server, you are more than a service professional—you are the face and personality of the venue. You will deliver elevated beverage service while creating a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that draws guests in and keeps them coming back. Your role blends luxury hospitality with brand representation, marketing, and social media engagement, ensuring each guest enjoys an immersive, unforgettable experience both in person and online.
THE STARTING RATE: $10.50 an hour plus tips
THE SCHEDULE:
- Swing Shift | Part Time | 24 hours a week
- Friday - Sunday
- Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the business needs

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet guests with energy and professionalism, taking and delivering drink orders with speed and accuracy
- Actively market the venue through networking, weekly marketing activities, and social media engagement
- Build and maintain a personal client list to drive guest loyalty and repeat visits
- Post and share venue content, engage with followers, and respond to online reviews to strengthen the brand’s presence
- Participate in promotional modeling, photo shoots, and special events both inside and outside the venue
- Encourage guests to share their experience by posting and tagging on social media
- Maintain pristine table setups and service stations, ensuring seamless guest service
- Process guest payments quickly and accurately, following established procedures
- Master full menu knowledge, including preparation techniques, to guide guest selections
- Perform opening and closing duties according to assigned shifts
- Represent the venue and Beau Rivage with professionalism and style, sometimes requiring special wardrobe or costume changes
- Assist with private events as scheduled
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Brings 2+ years of prior relevant work experience as a server/cocktail in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Is social media savvy and understands how to engage an audience
- Communicates clearly and confidently with guests and team members
- Works collaboratively while also taking initiative to market and promote the venue
