The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing a designated section of the Pastry kitchen. This role support Restaurant Pastry Chef in daily operations, plays a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining operational efficiency, product consistency, and cost control.
  • Dishes are prepared, cooked, and served according to the restaurant’s menu. 
  • Communication is done politely and displays courtesy to guests and internal customers.
  • Effective employee working relationships are established and maintained.
  • Familiarity with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures is demonstrated and equipment is operated safely and sensibly.
  • HACCP is implemented and practiced.

  • Indonesian citizen with a proven experience as Pastry Chef de Partie in luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Specialized on restaurant dessert platter
  • Ability to maintain consistency and quality standards in all pastry products
  • Good communication in English both spoken and written
  • Has a good knowledge about Food safety and HACCP
  • Understand of modern pastry techniques and presentations style
