Simply put, there’s no better place to accelerate your career. Come join us!
The Role
Our customers don't just buy software — they trust us to make it work, and this role is where that trust is earned. You will own the technical implementation and onboarding of customers across IRIS Smart Image Capture and our Revenue Cycle Management solutions. You'll love this job if you get equal satisfaction from untangling a complex integration and leaving a customer feeling genuinely taken care of. This is an incredible opportunity to help lead the future of dental care by becoming the technical backbone of how our products come to life for the people who use them every day.
Responsibilities
Technical Implementation: Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary technical point of contact for every customer.
Solution Design: Translate customer environments and business requirements into practical implementation plans that actually work.
Hands-On Configuration: Handle all technical configuration, user management, system integrations, and data pipeline work needed to get customers live — primarily within Microsoft Windows environments.
Cross-Product Ownership: Work across all Overjet products — IRIS and RCM — rather than specializing in a single area. Flexibility across the full product suite is essential to how this team operates.
Technical Scoping: Run scoping calls to gather requirements, set timelines, and keep Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success aligned.
Automation and AI Tooling: Use AI tools to build and automate implementation workflows, helping customers go live faster and reducing repetitive work for the team.
Customer Communication: Keep every engagement on track with clear, timely communication that meets customers where they are, whether they're technical or not.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
Clear communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences without losing the thread.
Hands-on experience with:
SQL and database querying
Microsoft Windows environments — this is where our software lives; comfort deploying and troubleshooting in Windows is essential (.NET and C# are a plus)
Cloud platforms and basic networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Python or similar scripting languages
Comfortable owning complex troubleshooting independently and seeing issues through to resolution.
Strong technical foundation, however you got there.
