Senior/Lead - Account Solution Engineer - Norway
Overview of the Role:
As an Account Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you will own the solution throughout the sales cycle — acting as a trusted advisor who translates customer business objectives into compelling, practical recommendations powered by Agentforce and the Salesforce AI CRM platform. Working closely with your aligned sales team, you will help prospects and customers navigate their transformation journey, from discovery through to close. Based in Norway, you will be part of a collaborative, high-performing presales team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver innovative, tailored solutions and demonstrations — including POCs — that address customer business challenges and articulate clear value to stakeholders at all levels, from IT and administration through to C-suite
- Lead and coordinate the full solution cycle in close collaboration with sales, partners, and specialist teams, incorporating industry insight and a Salesforce-led point of view
- Drive thought leadership and digital transformation conversations, positioning Agentforce and the broader Salesforce AI platform as the foundation for customers' change agendas
- Develop and present compelling solution concepts and roadmaps that map customer requirements to Salesforce and partner capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solution engineering, presales, consultancy, or a related technical sales role within a software or technology organisation
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, with the ability to run customer meetings in Norwegian
B.S. in Computer Science or BSc Computer Science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce core solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, Analytics, Data Cloud, or Platform) and/or relevant Salesforce certifications
- Familiarity with predictive AI, generative AI, and workflow automation tools, as well as data storage and integration solutions such as CDPs, DWHs, ETL, or data modelling
- Experience leading or orchestrating complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- B.S. in Computer Science or BSc Computer Science.
- Fluency in Swedish or Danish as an additional Scandinavian language
