Solution Consultant ANZ (12-month maternity cover)

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Solution Consultant Manager to join our ever-evolving Commercial team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Responsible for supporting our sales teams by facilitating in-depth discussions with customers regarding their payment’s strategies.
• Leading conversations with customers in the technical discovery phase to the scoping of the solution phase, through to handover to the implementation team. This will roughly be 75% new business and 25% existing business (there will be some travel requirements).
• Being the voice of the customer when engaging with our product teams around roadmap items, new requirements, and commercializing new releases.
• Engaging with Business Development and Relationship Manager teams in pre-sales technical dialogue (e.g. proposed integration approach and developing presentation materials).
• This role is required to work with different teams across different geographies and time zones to deliver business outcomes. As such, the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times. 

• Other related duties as assigned.
