As a Technical Presales Consultant, you apply your technical expertise and industry knowledge to design and build compelling product demos and proofs of concept for our supply chain planning solutions. You collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure our offerings address customer needs and showcase our unique value.
You are responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining product demos and proofs of concept tailored to industry and customer requirements.
- Collaborating with sales teams to translate customer challenges into effective demo scenarios, while capturing and sharing market, customer, and prospect feedback to support product development.
- Providing technical input for RFIs/RFPs and supporting solution design during the sales process.
- Occasionally presenting demos to prospects and customers, supporting the sales team as needed.
- Working with product management and engineering to expand demo functionalities and align with evolving customer needs and staying up to date on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Supporting marketing activities by preparing demo assets for webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
