Our Field Partner Management organization is pivotal in driving Celonis' growth by empowering our partner ecosystem. As part of this team, you'll work alongside Partner Managers to maximize client value through our technology. We focus on building strong partner relationships and ensuring our partners excel in delivering Celonis solutions. In the NAM region, where our partners are integral to our market presence, your expertise will be crucial in driving successful projects - from proof to transformation & everything in between. Continually leveraging the latest features and functionalities, such as the Celonis Context Model, OCPM, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, you will generate high-value use cases and ensure our partners and their customers stay at the forefront of innovation. As an ambassador to the most prestigious consulting firms in the world, you will drive Celonis’ international expansion and solidify our leadership in the industry.
The Role:
As a Partner Solutions Engineer in NAM, you'll be the use-case, solution, technical and value expert, being a key enabler to our partners to deliver exceptional Celonis projects - from proofs to transformations. You'll work closely with Partner Managers to ensure that partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive their own and their customers’ success. Your role involves providing deep product expertise, business consulting, and advising partners on best practices for Celonis projects. You will act as a champion for AI-driven innovation, guiding partners to leverage hyperscalers, modern data ecosystems, and AI platforms such as Databricks, AWS and Microsoft to accelerate their engagements. You'll be a key player in ensuring our partners can leverage the full potential of the Celonis Context Model and its latest features and deliver maximum value within their engagements. Our North Stars are Customer Value, incremental non-linear growth and generating Win-Win-Win scenarios.
