About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to support customer engagements and help design impactful AI and automation solutions for enterprise environments.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to understand business needs, present technical solutions, and support successful implementations. This position combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored automation and AI-based solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations
- Lead technical discovery sessions and contribute to solution architecture and integration planning
- Support technical validation activities throughout the sales cycle
Solution Design & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Implementation teams during onboarding and deployment phases
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during key customer engagements
Customer Engagement & Advisory
- Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor
- Help customers navigate technical challenges and identify potential risks proactively
- Support strategic customer discussions and escalations when needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve solution delivery and customer experience
- Contribute to technical documentation, enablement materials, and internal training resources
- Share customer feedback to support product and process improvements
Industry & Technology Awareness
- Stay informed on AI, automation, cloud technologies, and enterprise software trends
- Participate in webinars, industry events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Help position the company as a trusted technology and solutions partner
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles
Experience with voice technologies, customer interaction platforms, or workflow automation solutions
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Native-level or highly fluent Polish and English language skills
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM platforms or pre-sales tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of automation workflows, APIs, or integration frameworks
Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations and customer success initiatives
