What you will be doing:
Semperis is looking for an experienced Account Executive who is a self-starter and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to join our EMEA team covering Israel.
If you enjoy both winning new business and driving growth within existing customers, you’ll be well suited to this role. We’re looking for someone who can develop opportunities from initial engagement through to successful close, while also identifying and expanding opportunities within an established customer base to drive continued growth.
You will develop strong, productive relationships with both new and existing accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline development and the expansion of business opportunities across your territory.
Drive growth within existing customers through cross-sell and expansion opportunities alongside net new business development
Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive prospecting and marketing-driven leads, managing opportunities through to successful closure
Own and develop your territory through strategic partner relationships and alliances
Conduct discovery calls and meetings to identify client needs and advise appropriate Semperis products
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, services and pricing models
Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners and internal teams
What you will bring:
5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity or identity sales
Proven experience selling into enterprise accounts, with a strong track record of success
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD or identity-related solutions is a plus
Strong capability in territory planning and sales methodology, with the ability to execute both territory and account strategies
Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and driving business growth
Brings a Challenger mindset, able to engage, influence, and guide customers through the sales process
Strong experience managing and growing enterprise customers in the region
Proven ability to navigate and engage stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
Experience working with and developing channel partners within the region
Willingness to travel as required
Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential
