Partner Manager | Analyst | Español

Principales Responsabilidades 
•    Construir y gestionar un pipeline de cuentas estratégicas de ecommerce, actuando como el principal punto de contacto desde la prospección hasta el lanzamiento de la primera campaña en la plataforma. 
•    Comprender en profundidad los desafíos, objetivos y estrategias digitales de cada cliente, ofreciendo una consultoría personalizada en todas las etapas de la venta. 
•    Prospectar y calificar nuevas oportunidades de manera activa. 
•    Preparar y presentar propuestas y soluciones digitales personalizadas, educando a los clientes sobre el potencial de la plataforma y cómo puede potenciar sus resultados. 
•    Conducir procesos de venta complejos, superando objeciones, generando confianza y posicionando la solución digital como diferencial en la planificación de medios. 
•    Garantizar una transición fluida de la relación comercial al equipo de Account Management luego de la activación inicial, asegurando una experiencia positiva para el cliente. 
•    Trabajar con objetivos claros y KPIs definidos, manteniendo un ritmo intenso de prospección, reuniones, propuestas y cierre de nuevos negocios. 
•    Colaborar activamente con equipos multidisciplinarios (SDR, Account Management, Marketing) para potenciar estrategias y resultados. 
 

Requisitos excluyentes:
•    Mínimo 1.5 años de experiencia sólida en ventas consultivas y complejas, con perfil hunter, liderando todo el ciclo (prospección, abordaje, negociación y cierre).
•    Experiencia en ventas B2B, preferentemente para e-commerce o cuentas de mediano/gran porte. 
•    Fuerte habilidad de comunicación, negociación e influencia en distintos niveles de decisión. 
•    Capacidad de organizar el pipeline, seguir procesos y actuar de manera disciplinada para garantizar resultados. 
•    Curiosidad y aprendizaje rápido para soluciones digitales — experiencia previa en medios digitales es un plus, no un requisito excluyente. 
•    Idioma requerido: Español.

Requisitos deseables: 
•    Experiencia con clientes de e-commerce o soluciones de medios digitales.

•    Experiencia trabajando con Agencias de Marketing.
•    Historial consistente en apertura y cierre de cuentas estratégicas .
•    Facilidad para presentaciones y reuniones con decisores (remoto y presencial).
•    Perfil analítico para evaluar oportunidades y resultados.
