Account Manager | Analyst | Español

Accenture · Barueri, Green Valley, Andromeda

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar un alto volumen de campañas de publicidad digital, manteniendo relaciones con los anunciantes y asegurando que cumplan con sus objetivos.
  • Retener y aumentar los ingresos dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
  • Comprender los objetivos comerciales de nuestros Partners y transformar los datos en historias convincentes e ideas accionables para ayudarlos a alcanzar el éxito.
  • Amplio conocimiento de productos y soluciones publicitarias para ofrecer las mejores recomendaciones a los anunciantes.
  • Monitorear, analizar y comunicar métricas cuantitativas clave y tendencias comerciales tanto internamente como a los Partners.
  • Realizar ventas adicionales, optimización de campañas y activación de cuentas existentes y nuevas.
  • Construir y gestionar relaciones con los clientes mediante métodos de alcance proactivo (outbound calls | correos electrónicos) y asegurar reuniones periódicas continuas.

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Mínimo de 1.5 años de experiencia en el ciclo completo de ventas, dirigido a empresas. Recientemente desempeñándose como vendedor en gestión de cuentas, responsable de administrar una cartera de clientes, fomentar relaciones, y realizar ventas consultivas adicionales.
  • Experiencia en medios digitales.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita, verbal y en presentaciones.
  • Idioma requerido: Español.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Título universitario.
  • Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en marketing digital gestionando campañas en cualquier plataforma de publicidad en línea.
  • Conocimiento de las últimas tendencias relacionadas con el marketing y la publicidad en línea.
  • Habilidad para utilizar habilidades interpersonales y fomentar relaciones comerciales positivas.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de generación de informes.
  • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas CRM y capacidad para identificar ideas de ventas, procesos o técnicas a partir de conversaciones con clientes.
  • Experiencia utilizando Excel, Salesforce y Google Workspace (incluido Gmail).
