Partner Skilling & Engagement Manager

Accenture · São Paulo - Barueri

We are looking for experienced Vendor Program Managers to drive regional partner skilling programs. This role focuses on executing training initiatives, aligning with global priorities, and ensuring partners gain the technical and sales capabilities required for cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Engagement

  • Execute regional skilling plans for assigned partners aligned with business goals
  • Own the partner skilling relationship at the regional level
  • Maintain regular (at least monthly) engagement with partners as the main point of contact
  • Coordinate training activities by connecting partner stakeholders with internal delivery teams and ensuring smooth execution

Global Alignment

  • Partner with global stakeholders to align regional execution with overall priorities
  • Provide insights from the region to inform global strategies
  • Ensure consistent messaging and prioritization

Insights & Reporting

  • Identify trends and common skilling needs across partners
  • Deliver structured insights and recommendations
  • Track progress, risks, and outcomes, and provide executive-level reporting

Governance & Operations

  • Participate in internal governance and team cadences
  • Own external partner meeting cadence and engagement tracking
  • Ensure clear visibility of plans and performance

Partner Enablement

  • Educate partners on available skilling programs, training options, and learning solutions
  • Support partners in maximizing available benefits and resources

Stakeholder Management

  • Align with internal teams to ensure clear ownership, communication, and partner coverage
  • Prevent duplication of outreach efforts

Metrics & Accountability

  • Track performance metrics including engagement delivery and partner progress
  • Ensure clarity on responsibilities and outcomes across stakeholders

Required

  • 5+ years in program, partner, or account management, or consulting
  • Advanced English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with global or enterprise partners
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver structured reporting and insights

Preferred

  • Experience in cloud, partner ecosystems, or skilling programs
  • Background in learning or enablement initiatives
  • Experience in global, matrixed environments
