Sales Operations Analyst

Identifies, evaluates, recommends and manages proposals for strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures for the business unit or company in both new and existing markets/technologies. Identifies new growth and development opportunities including product design and development to support the organization’s strategy. Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by any potential acquisition targets. Provides analysis of business markets, trends, competition, portfolios, technologies, revenues and impact on the organization.

-Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work
-Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education
-May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise

-Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression
-Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
-Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
-Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
-Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others

-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines

-Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
Leadership:
-No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution
Problem Solving:
-Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
Impact:
-Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Interpersonal Skills:
-Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
