This role is designed for highly experienced experts who can operate as technical leaders and strategic advisors, shaping customer direction and influencing long-term outcomes.

Your Impact:

 As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical leader for strategic customers, leading the technical relationship and influencing both business and technology decisions.

You will:

  • Lead complex, cross-architecture solution strategies across networking, security, and cloud
  • Define and drive multi-year account strategies aligned to business and financial outcomes
  • Engage at executive level, translating technology into business value
  • Deliver high-impact demos, workshops, and strategic engagements
  • Drive value realization, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes
  • Orchestrate collaboration across Sales, CX, Partners, and Engineering
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market positioning, and demand generation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in pre-sales / solutions engineering
  • Consistent track record handling large, complex, multi-year customer engagements
  • Strong experience across UAE / GCC markets (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Ability to operate in multicultural and high-stakes environments
  • Experience working within and demonstrating partner ecosystems
  • Deep cross-architecture experience across networking, security, and cloud
  • Strong understanding of:
    • SD-WAN, SASE, ACI, DNA
    • Cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, Docker)
    • CI/CD, automation, DevOps practices
    • AI Ops / ML Ops concepts
  • Working knowledge of programming / scripting (e.g., Python)
  • Broad expertise across public cloud and hybrid architectures
  • Strong consultative selling approach
  • Experience developing and executing account strategies
  • Proven involvement in demand generation and opportunity shaping
  • Ability to understand and articulate customer financial drivers and business models
  • Focus on value realization, adoption, and measurable outcomes
  • Ability to lead cross-architecture designs and engagements
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills
  • Experience enabling customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Proven collaboration with CX, partners, and engineering organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent).
  • Experience leading multi-functional virtual teams in a global technology environment.
  • Deep domain expertise in specific industry verticals (e.g., Finance, Government, Healthcare).
  • Advanced understanding of competitive market tactics and strategic sales methodologies.
