Technical Engagement Manager (Japanese)

You listen and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.

As a Technical Engagement Manager, you will drive the onboarding and adoption of our Google Cloud AI products, clearing blockers and ensuring the customers get the maximum benefit from their investment faster. You will manage and execute the deployment plan, transitioning scoped license agreements into production by providing technical leadership to customers and partners. You will have a direct impact on the velocity and incremental consumption of customer license agreements, leading to accelerated value realization, higher adoption, and future expansion opportunities.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience leading or supporting technical deployments, onboarding workflows, or data migrations.
  • Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
  • Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
