As an Account Management Associate, you will be part of the changing SEAS Sales Associate Program. Through this program, Google develops sellers in specific product and business training areas offering executive access/exposure over a fixed period of time. Associates rotate across different Google advertising sales teams and roles, serving as media account managers for short-term assignments to help cover team members’ extended leaves. Upon completion of the program, Associates will have the opportunity to graduate into market specific Account Manager roles or other positions at Google.
Associates will see first-hand how exactly digital channels work for the largest advertisers across SEAS. Supported by their teams, coaches and mentors, each rotation will offer a wide range of developmental opportunities. Associates will be on the frontline of Google customer-facing teams and will be responsible for their own customer portfolio.
