The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,450 - $177,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google San Bruno, CA office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Marketing Analytics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sales Operations related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Marketing Analytics or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sales Operations related occupation.
- Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Root cause analysis of ambiguous business problems or Structured problem-solving to develop new strategic planning processes; Managing project scope, timelines, and risks for multi-stakeholder initiatives or End-to-end project management to drive annual Objectives and Key Results prioritization; Managing stakeholder expectations and agreed objectives for collaborative projects or Stakeholder engagement to align on process redesign decisions; Presenting business cases to senior leadership for project approval or Executive influencing for strategic buy-in on process and program redesign decisions; Written and oral communication of business information adapted for different audiences or Strategic communication for diverse business stakeholders, to effectively communicate design proposals and help facilitate effective executive decision-making
