Head Office Operations Manager
Account Management team, Korea
What this job involves:
[Laser beam focus on operations]
- At JLL, we put focus on our clients’ needs, and we want you to do the same. You’ll take part in all programs that we have for clients’ properties in Republic of Korea. Be it site operations, contract, procurement, financial, or team management, you’ll ensure our service delivery is at its best. You’ll also be our clients’ eye on all operational matters. Are you open to working with various teams across the board? In this role, you will promote seamless and competitive operations by collaborating with the top management, and both local and offshore offices.
- More importantly, you’ll support various client-specific programs such as technology launches, trainings and user experience initiatives. Being at the heart of operations management, you’ll also oversee all key performance indicators in the country and make sure that the team is meeting our clients’ requirements. Among your other mandates include system integrity audits, reports and presentations and overall account management.

Additionally, you’ll take charge of the site’s financial operations targets, process compliance and risk management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a culture that fosters the values of Ethics, Excellence and Team Work
- Develop business transformation strategies and executing project-based transformation deliverables for key initiatives including visioning, stakeholder engagement, change risk and readiness assessment, communications, training, organizational impact analysis, alignment and transition, and sustainability
- Communicates status, progress and issues faced to key stakeholders
- Proactively identifies potential business risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develops specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions with each of your direct reports as well as run regular strategic operations meetings
- Assist and support other leaders and solicit a team culture between your peers
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with all stakeholders
- Manage retention of talent and keep attrition levels to acceptable standards

[A facilities management pro]
- Do you have at least five years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field in Republic of Korea? If so, we would be more than happy to work with you. At JLL, we’ll let you fully demonstrate your expertise in facilities management, planning and organisational skills, and knack for addressing complex operational issues on a daily basis.
[An excellent communicator]
- You’ll face a wide range of clients and senior-level officers, so superior oral and written communication skills are essential. You’ll also have proven track record of managing and resolving conflicts between client and firm requirements.
[A proactive leader]
- You’ll demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement. Your experience in effectively training staff and promoting open and collaborative working relationships are also valued. Are you all out on trying new ideas and working with diverse teams?
