Reviews and presents all financial analyses associated with real estate decisions to key stakeholders within the region, including communicating impact of real estate decisions on cash flow and P&L over time.
Manages resolution of all space and operational risks and issues.
Leads real estate planning and budgeting process.
Maintains hiring, firing, promotion, and reward authority within own area, in accordance with Corporate guidelines.
