Professional Sales Specialist
Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Utilize detailing materials and company resources to achieve annual sales targets effectively.
- Build and strengthen relationships with relevant HCPs while transferring product knowledge.
- Set qualitative and quantitative objectives for your work.
- Plan and execute weekly work and client visits efficiently.
- Implement quarterly action plans, either independently or with cross-functional teams, in line with the company's annual strategy.
- Adapt to different communication formats, including digital tools, to engage with stakeholders and deliver corporate/product messages.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Basic proficiency in English, particularly in listening and reading.
- Proactive nature and ability to independently develop the market in related fields. Willingness to embrace changes and challenges. Familiarity with Obstetrics and Gynecology is preferred.
- Experience with HP will be an added advantage.
- Experience with self-pay or private payment systems is also preferred.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
