The Experience
The role is part of the Solution Engineering organization at Salesforce Mexico. In this role, you will help customers unlock the full potential of AI — from intelligent automation to personalized experiences — working closely with customers, account teams, and product experts to build trust, deliver innovative solutions, and shape the future of AI in the Financial Services, Hospitality and/or Automotive industry.
We are looking for a Solution Engineer who brings a "builder" approach combined with a passion for AI & digital transformation with hands-on experience in automation, data, or intelligent systems — and ideally a combination of both.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Build compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and pilots, as well as lead customer workshops that showcase how AI agents and automation can solve real-world industry challenges, connecting customer goals to Salesforce solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT and business leaders, understanding customer objectives and articulating how Salesforce fits into their enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmap.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to tailor solutions to specific customer needs across an assigned patch of industries.
Stay curious and continuously develop your knowledge of Salesforce's evolving AI capabilities and the latest innovations in technology.
You're Our Person If...
You have experience in a Solution Engineering, pre-sales, or Solution Consulting role, with the ability to engage credibly across both technical and business audiences.
You have a background in financial services, hospitality or automotive industries and hands-on experience with automation, data platforms, or AI applications in an enterprise context.
You are a confident, collaborative communicator who can simplify complex topics for a range of customer stakeholders, from operational teams to executive decision makers.
You are fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Even Better If...
You hold one or more Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or AI Associate, and have previous experience with the Salesforce ecosystem.
You have experience working in cross-functional teams and familiarity with enterprise platforms, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), or coding languages such as Java or JavaScript.
