* Implements superior policies and guidelines.
* Defines and ensures implementation of processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
* Proposes related budgets, and decides on targets, budget and resource allocation, within given limits.
* Sets up and monitors unit related Administration / Internal Services projects.
* Initiates improvements and ensures appropriate workflow environment.
* Liaises with external parties in contractual matters, related to Administration / Internal Services services.
* Ensures effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
* Decides critical cases and problems, and ensures a sustainable solution.
* Analyses and proposes systems and processes to mitigate respective risks in future.
* Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Supervisors, Professionals and staff.
