Position Title: Sales Representative Traditional Trade

Location: It is field based role in Central and Central East Slovakia, which means up to 80% visiting customers and 1-day weekly home office.

Employment: Full-time employment contract.

The Job:

As the Sales Representative Traditional Trade, you’ll be part of our Sales team working as a field employee. You’ll get to:

  • Maintain as well as develop positive customer relationships and create value through consultative sales practices.
  • Establish plans for the retention and subsequent growth of assigned customers in the sales territory.
  • Communicate effectively with office team to ensure outstanding customer support.
  • Develop technical expertise and knowledge of strategic products and product lines.
  • Provide market information and feedback as required.
  • Ensure proper merchandising implementation at customers by actively participating in the merchandising process in cooperation with Team Leader, Customers and Marketing department.
  • Prepare and submit commercial offers and support the active promotion of the products e.g. product presentations, product training, etc.
  • Implement established sales plans and other tasks related to customers.
  • Engage with customers at point of sale in order to generate sales, cross-sell on new areas and upsell with new categories.

  • Experience in sales role. Experience in traditional trade will be an advantage.
  • Fluent Slovak and communicative English.
  • Driving License B.

Salary Range: 21 000 - 31 000 Euro gross annually.

This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting. The salary offered in the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases.

The salary range and associated pay elements are established in line with Stanley Black & Decker’s compensation structure.
