Our Filtration and Separation teams provide specialized filtration solutions across various sectors, including filters for bioprocessing, industrial applications and membranes for OEM. Location:
This role is 60% remote and requires extensive travel within, but not limited to, North Rhine-Westphalia.

As a Sales Account Manager - Industrial Filtration (m/f/d) for the Purification & Filtration business at our Wuppertal site, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
A Day in the Life:
Professionally represent our company at channel partners and end users within a defined territory. Efficiently manage the territory to drive sustainable growth. Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement business plans, strategies and activities to increase product awareness and adoption for mutual growth. Provide support, training and application knowledge to channel partners in the usage of our industrial filtration portfolio. Manage the complexities of varying routes to market for customers. Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders in a positive manner to demonstrate our core values. Provide key market insights to business, marketing, portfolio and planning teams.
What to expect:
Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific to channel partners and end users within the assigned territory
Drive sustainable territory growth through effective account management
Develop and execute joint business plans with channel partners
Deliver product training and application support on industrial filtration solutions
Navigate and manage diverse customer routes to market
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Share market intelligence and customer insights with business teams
Extensive travel throughout North Rhine-Westphalia and surrounding regions
Keys to Success:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a technical environment
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals
Experience managing executive-level customer relationships
Experience working with both channel partners and direct end users
Current valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Windows applications and CRM systems
Strong analytical and prioritization skills
Highly self-motivated with a growth-oriented and open mindset
Strong team player with a collaborative approach to working
Fluency in German and English
