Service Sales Manager

As a service manager, you’ll manage team of Flow Control business on after-sales service to customers. Your contribution to developing your team competence on specified Valmet applications as well as active support to our sales service is required. You’ll promote service solutions for customers that bring added value to our customers.
Primary location is Pekanbaru or any further assignment, Indonesia and report to Director, Sales & Services, Indonesia
Your key roles are:
- Work as a team with colleagues in Sales and Product Line(s) to propose value added services and solutions to existing and new potential customers.
- Accountable for Indonesia Service budget, Service Engineer(s), Service Centre(s) Utilization rate and policy recommendations and implementation.
- Maintain good relationships with key end users and maximize Valmet (Neles) Service Portfolio with end users on Shutdown Planning and Shutdown Management.
- Oversees and provides operational framework as well as guidance based on service strategy.
- Propose plans to improve service performance, through reviews of current performance and recommendations for improvements.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of service employees to ensure performance against the agreed service standar
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background such as bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of flow control and couple years of management experiences, especially for Oil & Gas industry.
- Ability to keep relationship with customer in various situations.
- Passion for applying world-class technology to our customers’ benefit.
- Knowledge of our customers’ processes and/or flow control / valve technology are considered as an advantage.
- Fluent in English
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel.
- Ready to obtain local contract in Indonesia and does not require Work Permit.
