Job Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
VCA Implementation Services (VIS) extends Visa’s consulting capabilities by turning strategic recommendations into actionable solutions. We help clients implement these recommendations effectively, enabling them to scale their competitive advantage and thrive in the digital age
As a Go‑To‑Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our solutions reach and empower clients across Europe. Working closely with the Go‑To‑Market Lead, you will help craft and execute strategies for VIS’s core service lines — Portfolio Optimisation, Digital Enablement, Risk Management, and Commercial Money Movement Solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence cross‑functional decision‑making, contribute to the design of go‑to‑market strategies, and see your work translate into real client impact. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to drive the commercial success of Visa’s value‑added services, support our expansion into new markets, and strengthen Visa’s position as a leader in digital payments.

What we’re after: Experience in go‑to‑market, product management, or sales enablement within payments, financial services, technology, or consulting. Strong collaborator with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience developing sales collateral, presentations, and knowledge repositories. Knowledge of the digital payments ecosystem and Visa’s products is an advantage. Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to evolving organisational needs. Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
