  • Lead a small team of Account Managers, who support the client account in the Corporate and SMB space
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritisation to ensure strong sales conversion and revenue realisation.
  • Deliver thought leadership on payment market trends, emerging use cases, and regulatory or ecosystem developments relevant to Corporate and SMB segments aligned to the client’s strategy
  • Take accountability for prioritization across competing initiatives, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest‑impact growth opportunities.
  • Act as a role model for Visa leadership principles and contribute to talent development through mentoring, coaching, and sponsorship within the broader account team.
