Job Description

The Sales Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Visa’s Philippines business by enabling efficient sales operations, strengthening deal governance, and ensuring disciplined financial execution. This role provides centralized support across contract management, client incentives, and reporting—enabling the sales team to focus on client engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
This position is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional, proficient with AI tools, who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
The role also provides a unique vantage point across multiple deals and clients—accelerating readiness for a client-facing sales career at Visa.

What an Analyst, Sales Support does at Visa:

  • Support the end-to-end sales process by providing centralized operational support across deal structuring, contract management, and client incentive tracking
  • Ensure strong deal governance by partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to maintain compliance with internal policies and approval frameworks
  • Manage and track client contracts, incentives, and financial commitments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide timely and insightful reporting on pipeline performance, deal progress, and financial metrics to support decision-making
  • Drive disciplined financial execution by monitoring deal economics, validating assumptions, and highlighting risks or variances
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and improve operational efficiency
  • Act as a key liaison across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of sales-related activities
  • Enable the sales team to focus on client engagement and revenue generation by removing operational friction and improving process efficiency

  • Support strategic client initiatives and commercial deals that help grow Visa’s business across issuers, acquirers, merchants, and fintech partners in the Philippines.
  • Work on high-visibility projects that improve how the sales organization manages contracts, incentives, reporting, and deal approvals—creating more speed, discipline, and transparency across the business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on initiatives that strengthen execution and help bring new opportunities to market more efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvement and AI-enabled transformation efforts that modernize the way the team works and increase business insight.
  • Gain broad exposure to Visa’s clients, commercial priorities, and growth agenda—building a strong foundation for future opportunities in sales, strategy, or client-facing roles.

Qualifications

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, financial analysis, contract management, or a similar analytical function within a matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, governance-driven approach
  • Proven ability to navigate and collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated commercial curiosity and ambition to grow into client-facing or revenue-generating roles within the organization

What will also help:

  • Familiarity with the Philippine payments landscape or card-related industries , including issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and digital commerce trends, would be an advantage.
  • Exposure to commercial deal support, contract administration, client incentives, pricing, or financial analysis in a fast-paced, matrixed organization would be valuable.
  • Working knowledge of sales operations tools, CRM platforms, dashboards, or reporting systems would be helpful, particularly in roles that support pipeline visibility and business decision-making.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional processes would be a plus.
