Your New Role…
As a Digital Sales Manager within Warner Bros. Discovery’s Ad Sales team in Denmark, you will play a key role in accelerating the strategic transition from Networks to Streaming, where future growth, demand, and inventory are expected to be concentrated.

The role is established to unlock untapped digital revenue potential in the Danish market and strengthen WBD’s position within the digital ecosystem. You will operate as a highly commercial “hunter” with a clear mandate to drive incremental revenue by targeting underserved segments, building new client relationships, and increasing WBD’s share of digital budgets.


You will focus on new business development, reactivation of clients, and expansion into digital-first advertisers and agencies – particularly those currently investing in platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. At the same time, you will take ownership of programmatic revenue and strengthen relationships with digital buyers and trading desks across the market.


Working closely with Key Account Managers and Agency Managers, you will complement the existing commercial structure by owning digital and programmatic revenue streams while ensuring clear alignment across client ownership.


This is a performance-driven, client-facing role where success is defined by your ability to convert digital opportunities into measurable revenue growth and strengthen WBD’s competitive position in the evolving digital landscape.
 
Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new digital clients across agencies and advertisers

  • Build, manage, and convert a high-value pipeline within the digital ecosystem

  • Drive new business, reactivation, and incremental digital revenue growth

  • Drive programmatic revenue, including deal development and execution

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with programmatic buyers and digital agency teams

  • Expand business with digital-first advertisers and in-house digital departments

  • Convert advertisers from platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and TikTok into WBD solutions

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to unlock digital growth within existing clients

  • Ensure digital budget ownership and optimize sold-out ratio across digital inventory

  • Support commercial digital development, including segmentation, targeting, and new products

  • Monitor competitors and digital market developments to identify growth opportunities

  • Work closely with Revenue Management on pricing, inventory control, and optimization

  • Represent Warner Bros. Discovery in the market with a strong, credible, and commercial digital presence

 
Qualifications & Experience…

  • Proven experience within digital sales, preferably in media or advertising

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital ecosystems

  • Experience working with media agencies, digital agencies, or advertisers

  • Strong commercial and numerical understanding of digital revenue drivers, pricing, and inventory

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Danish and English
