Sobre el puesto 

En Ogilvy creemos que las mejores ideas nacen cuando la estrategia, la creatividad y la relación con el cliente trabajan juntas. Buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a de Cuentas que no solo gestione proyectos, sino que disfrute del proceso creativo y quiera formar parte de él.

Tareas y responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la relación diaria con clientes, entendiendo sus retos de negocio y transformándolos en briefings claros e inspiradores.
  • Trabajar codo a codo con equipos de estrategia, creatividad y producción para desarrollar campañas relevantes.
  • Participar activamente en el desarrollo de ideas: no solo gestionar proyectos, sino ayudar a que las ideas crezcan.
  • Coordinar timings, entregables y procesos internos para asegurar que el trabajo llegue con la máxima calidad.
  • Identificar oportunidades para ampliar proyectos y aportar valor al cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en gestión de cuentas en agencia o entorno creativo.
  • Con nivel Alto de ingles, alrededor de un C1
  • Pasión por la creatividad.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de construir relaciones de confianza con clientes y equipos.
  • Curiosidad, proactividad y ganas de aprender constantemente.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Contrato indefinido.
  • Horario de lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 18:00 con una hora para comer, y los viernes de 09:00 a 15:00. Durante julio y agosto, el horario de trabajo será de 09:00 a 15:00.
  • Ubicación: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.
  • Horario flexible de entrada.
  • Posibilidad de trabajar con clientes importantes y marcas internacionales
