We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist Professional Services Engineer to join our team, focused on delivering and implementing NICE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for leading financial institutions.

You will work in a customer-facing environment, collaborating closely with clients, architects, business analysts, and internal teams to deploy, configure, and customize enterprise-grade compliance solutions. If you are passionate about solving complex business problems, working with cutting-edge compliance technologies, and operating in a fast-paced global environment—this role is for you.

 

How will you make an impact?

As part of the Professional Services team, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end product implementation lifecycle including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support
  • Configure, develop, and customize Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions (AML, Fraud, Trading Compliance)
  • Engage directly with customers to understand business and compliance requirements
  • Design and implement innovative, scalable, and secure solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Perform unit and functional testing to ensure alignment with design requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues efficiently
  • Support production environments and assist customers with functional problem resolution
  • Work across global teams in a matrix organization and multi-time zone setup
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and enterprise guidelines
  • Drive quality delivery with high attention to detail and task ownership

 

Have you got what it takes?

Experience & Education

  • 7–9 years of relevant experience
  • BE / B.Tech / MCS or equivalent
  • Experience in Banking & Financial Services domain

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle / MS SQL
  • Experience handling large data volumes and complex database environments
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Exposure to enterprise application development and product implementation
  • Knowledge of secure, scalable, multi-user system design principles

Professional Capabilities

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently on complex tasks
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven ability to operate in a global and matrix environment
  • High attention to detail and strong task management skills
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and domains

 

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

  • Actimize product development or implementation experience
  • Exposure to Professional Services / Implementation roles
  • Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
  • Exposure to AWS or cloud platforms
