We are seeking a Sr Client Account Manager to join the Omnichannel Retail team to lead and expand our partnerships with some of the largest and highest potential Fashion, Home & Specialty accounts.  This role focuses on strategic planning, data-driven selling and fostering new relationships to unlock business growth. This is an opportunity to work on an extremely collaborative, diverse and adaptable team.

As a Sr. Client Account Manager, your expertise throughout the marketing funnel will help you grow and nurture client relationships at all seniority levels and guide them in establishing, proving and growing Pinterest’s short & long-term value. 

 

What you'll do:

  • Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data-driven ad campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships, aligning with stakeholder goals across all funnel stages.
  • Orchestrate internal support for clients and agencies to solve high level strategic challenges, from measurement to creative and technical integration to consistently deliver against client goals and objectives.
  • Provide partners with guidance and expertise on Pinterest product and service best practices. Be highly knowledgeable about all relevant Pinterest ad product features and capable of clearly explaining their benefits to a customer. Maintain up-to-date education and fluency on evolving product roadmap and iterations. Efficiently interface with appropriate cross-functional teams to answer product-related questions or challenges when needed.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of first-party data and technical data foundations (Shopping feeds, CAPI, etc) with cross-functional teams.
  • AI utilization: Understanding and testing of various tools & approaches to aid in meeting preparation, performance analysis and ultimately enable prioritize high impact outcomes with velocity.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and product/platform knowledge
  • Skilled at identifying client needs, communicating persuasive recommendations, and overcoming objections
  • Growth mindset & open-mindedness to new techniques, skill development and AI-led workflows to drive success at scale across a diverse set of advertisers
  • Ability to translate partner value across various levels, such as executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with clients in Retail or Performance is a bonus

 

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Toronto office (85 Richmond St. W).
