Our Sales Support Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that both restaurant and retail partners have everything they need to succeed on Wolt. From onboarding new partners to updating menus and product lists, based on the Wolt brand and standards, our team makes sure everything runs smoothly for our partners and customers.
As a member of the Sales Support team, you will play a key role in both onboarding new partners and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience. This includes establishing effective communication channels, maintaining service standards, assisting partner growth through data-driven insights, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve urgent needs and share best practices.
