Role Overview  

 

What You Will Do 

• デリバリーパートナーの発掘および確保： 日本国内の潜在的なデリバリーパートナーおよびラストワンマイル配送ネットワークの発掘、および優先順位の選定。 
• B2Bソリューションの提案： Rocket Nowプラットフォームの強みを活かし、パートナー社の収益向上と運営効率化のためのカスタマイズされた提案（ピッチング）を実施。 
• 契約締結および管理： 契約条件の交渉から最終締結まで、エンドツーエンド（End-to-end）のセールスサイクル管理およびオンボーディングの支援。 
• 市場分析： パートナーシップ構造を分析し、戦略を最適化。 

  

Basic Qualifications 

• 経験： 合計5年以上のB2B営業経験。 
• 業界知識： フードデリバリー、クイックコマース、ラストワンマイル物流業界に対する深い理解。 
• 語学力： 日本語（ネイティブレベル） 
• 顧客との関係構築および継続的なコミュニケーション経験： 顧客と信頼関係を築き、長期にわたって良好な関係を維持できるコミュニケーション能力。 
• 課題解決および提案力： 顧客の抱える課題を特定・ヒアリングし、問題定義からソリューションの提案まで、一連のプロセスを遂行した経験。 
• プレゼンテーション能力と自律的な推進力： 優れたプレゼンテーションスキル、および目標達成に向けて主体的にビジネスを推進する実行力。 

  

Preferred Qualifications 

• 経験： デリバリー業界にてB2Bセールス/企画経験。 
• ネットワーク： 日本国内の配送代行業者または配送パートナーのリードリストおよび人的ネットワークの保有。 
• ツール： Salesforce、HubSpotなどのCRMを活用したデータに基づくセールス管理経験。
