Be the voice of a global tech leader in our Emerging Market's Team. At Anaplan, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are more than just a first point of contact—they are the catalyst for our growth. As the very first voice a potential client hears, you will be our most important first impression.

In this new role we are seeking a native or bilingual fluency Russian OR Polish (preference for both!), speaker - alongside fluent English.

When you connect with target accounts, you’ll deliver a game-changing message: there is a better, easier way to do business planning, forecasting, and modelling. You will use strategic Account-Based Marketing techniques to build rapport, nurture relationships, and set the stage for our direct enterprise sales force. Exciting, right?

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Drive Global Growth: Generate exciting sales opportunities by rapidly following up on inbound leads and launching targeted outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social) into our key markets.

  • Strategise & Collaborate: Partner closely with our top-tier Enterprise Sales reps to design Account-Based Sales strategies—targeting the right person, at the right time, with the perfect message.

  • Master Value Selling: We are invested in your success. We’ll continuously support your learning and development, teaching you how to lead high-level, value-based discussions with industry leaders.

  • Crush Your Goals: Challenge yourself to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics. Your due diligence and hustle will directly drive the continued success of our sales function.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Language Skills: Native or bilingual fluency in Russian OR Polish (preference for both!), alongside fluent English.

  • The Drive to Win: A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets—whatever they may have been in your past roles. Any exposure to closing sales is a huge plus.

  • Ideal Experience: 1–2 years of inside sales or business development experience (especially in SaaS/Cloud) is preferred, including experience calling into Fortune 2000 CXOs.
