Role Summary: We are seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• High-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Execution of multi-channel strategies to reach potential clients.
• Lead qualification based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• CRM management: update and maintain records accurately.
• Achieve activity and conversion targets consistently.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles (SDR, call center, outbound).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
