This role is a foundational leadership position responsible for building and scaling a global sales enablement function from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue impact by equipping Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Services, Support, and Partner teams with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to succeed in complex enterprise sales cycles. Acting as both strategist and hands-on builder, you will design onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs that directly influence ramp time, win rates, and pipeline velocity.
